4. Member Obligations and Commitments

You promise never to use the Platform's services for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful manner, and you agree to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and international practices regarding internet usage. You agree and guarantee that you will not use the Platform to conduct the following activities:

1. Transmitting, sending, publishing, or storing any information that infringes upon another person's reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

2. Publishing or transmitting any text, images, or files that are threatening, obscene, defamatory, untrue, personally offensive, or contrary to public order and good morals.

3. Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's system, or spreading computer viruses and other harmful programs.

4. Conducting commercial or advertising activities without the prior written authorization of the Platform.

5. Service Suspension or Interruption

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or interrupt all or part of the services under any of the following circumstances, and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by users:

1. When performing necessary maintenance, upgrades, or construction on the Platform's related systems and equipment.

2. In the event of sudden failures of electronic telecommunication equipment.

3. When the Platform is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, force majeure, or other causes not attributable to the Platform.
